First-Time Users

Username: Your 9-digit Workday Employee ID (found in Workday and on your pay statement).

Temporary Password: The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

Upon first login, you must create a new password.

Minimum of 8 characters

Must include at least one letter and one number

Returning Users

Log in using your 9-digit Employee ID and the password you previously created.

COBRA Coverage Information

Eligible employees who were enrolled in COBRA-eligible benefits (such as Medical, Dental, and Vision) may be able to continue coverage for up to 18 months after termination, in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA).
