If you are not accessing from a work computer or company network, please use the following:
Username: Your Employee ID (no leading zeros)
Password: Your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format

You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

Note: If you are using a shared computer or a computer in a public place, like a library or community center, be sure you close all browser windows and tabs and log out when you are done. This will keep your information secure.
