Employee Login Credentials

Username: First initial of first name + Full last name + Your 2 digit birth month + Last 2 digits of your birth year.

Example: Jane Doe 01/06/1978 would be JDoe0178

Initial Password: Last four digits of your SSN.

You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

If you need help during enrollment, contact the Regal Rexnord Benefits Service Center (toll free) at 1-877-295-5331. An enrollment specialist can guide you through enrollment, reset your password, answer questions and, after enrollment ends, assist you with life status changes. The Service Center is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, please click on the Forgot Password link to reset, using the security questions you have already provided.

Note: If you are using a shared computer or a computer in a public place, like a library or community center, be sure you close all browser windows and tabs and log out when you are done. This will keep your information secure.
