To access the site, please use the following:
Username: Employee ID
(Your employee ID is nine numbers in length. This can be found in UKG under Myself- Personal - Employee Summary. Please include all zeros that appear with this number.)
Password: Your Date of Birth (mmddyyyy)

You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

Note: If you are using a shared computer or a computer in a public place, like a library or community center, be sure you close all browser windows and tabs and log out when you are done. This will keep your information secure.

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, please click on the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.
