To access the site, please use the following criteria:

Username: Your username is your eight-digit personnel number, including leading zeros. You can find this number on the top of your paycheck, or you can call the Benefit Service Center for additional assistance.

Initial password: The First Initial of First Name, as shown on your paystub (lower case) + 2-digit birth month + first five digits of SSN (example: John Smith, with birthdate 12/15, and SSN of 123-45-6789 = j1212345).

You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

Note: If you are using a shared computer or a computer in a public place, like a library or community center, be sure you close all browser windows and tabs and log out when you are done. This will keep your information secure. You will need to log out before you close your browser windows.

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, please click on the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.

If you are having difficulty, contact the Benefit Service Center at 877-311-4747 for benefits. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST.
