If you currently access My Cooper (HCM) using company single sign-on, then you can also access the Cooper Benefits site by using the Single Sign-On link above.

Otherwise, please use the following to access the site:
Username: My Cooper ID
Password: Your Payroll ID + Hire Date
(For example, a user with Payroll ID of 12345 and Hire Date of 1/1/2000 will have 1234501012000 as a password)

You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

Note: If you are using a shared computer or a computer in a public place, like a library or community center, be sure you close all browser windows and tabs and log out when you are done. This will keep your information secure.

If you have forgotten the password you created or are having trouble logging in, please click on Forgot Password above. If you cannot access your account after clicking on the Forgot Password link, please contact a member of the CooperVision/CHQ Benefits Team at Benefits@coopervision.com or the CooperSurgical Benefits team at Benefits@coopersurgical.com.
