The first TWO letters of your first name plus your eight-digit employee ID number. To locate your employee ID number: Log in to Your Dayforce account at www.dayforcehcm.com. Click on "Profile". Your employee ID number will be listed in the "Employee Information" section under "Work Information". You can also contact the Danone US Benefits Service Center at 1-877-590-3759.

Password for ALL users: The last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

HOW THE COBRA PROCESS WORKS
Your current or former employer offers extended coverage to employees for up to 18 months after termination in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). If you are or were currently enrolled in COBRA eligible coverage (example: Medical, Dental, Vision) as an active employee you may be eligible to continue these coverages through COBRA.
