Log In

To access the site, please use the following:

Username: The first initial of your first name plus your last name (e.g. John Smith = JSmith)
Password: The last four digits of your Social Security Number

You will be asked to change your password after your initial login to one unique to you and this password will be used for all future access.

Note: If you are using a shared computer or a computer in a public place, like a library or community center, be sure you close all browser windows and tabs and log out when you are done. This will keep your information secure.

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, please click on the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.
