To access the site for the first time, please use the following: 

Username: The first initial of your first name plus your last name (e.g. John Smith = JSmith) 

Password: The last four digits of your Social Security Number

*If your last name is common, you may have a number following the last name (e.g. John Smith = JSmith1)
