Username (see definitions below)
  • Shoreside employees - Your 9-digit Employee ID found on DayForce
  • PCL Shipboard - Non-US Resident - MAPs ID (no leading zeros)
  • PCL Shipboard - US Resident - Employee ID (email the Benefits team at benefits@hollandamericagroup.com if you don't know your ID)
  • HAL/SBN Shipboard - 6 digit MAPs ID

    • Initial Password: Employee Date of Birth in MMDDYYYY format. (Ex: If you were born March 24, 1980, enter "03241980")


    You will be asked to change your password after your initial log-in.
