Important Information

Due to our transition to Optum Select Benefits (OSB), LHC Group is terminating the LHC Health Plan in its entirety, effective December 31, 2025.  Beginning January 1, 2026, active LHC Group employees and former LHC Group employees who are eligible for or enrolled in COBRA will transition to OSB. Benefits and enrollment will not be administered via the bswift benefits portal any longer.

 

 

If you have experienced a qualifying event prior to January 1, 2026, or need information regarding your former LHC Group benefit plans, please email employee.benefits@lhcgroup.com and a benefits administrator will assist you.
