To access the site for the first time, please use the following:

Username: The first initial of your first name followed by your full last name. (Example: John Smith would log in as jsmith)

Password: Last four digits of your Social Security Number.

Once you successfully log in you will be asked to change your password. From that time forward when logging in you will use your new password.
