New User Access, please use the following:

Username: Riverside Network ID

Default Password: First initial of your first name + 2-digit birth month + first 5 digits of your SSN

You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

Note: If you are using a shared computer or a computer in a public place be sure you close all browser windows and tabs and log out when you are done. This will keep your information secure.

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, please click on the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.

If you are still unable to log in, please call the Riverside HR Shared Support team at 1-833-971-7252 Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or submit a case via Workday, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
