To acess the site, please use the following:

Username: Your first name initial, last name, suffix (if applicable) and last five digits of your Social Security number (SSN). Do not use special characters (- " .) or spaces (e.g. Username for Joe Smith III with SSN 123-45-6789 is jsmithiii56789).

Password: Passwords have been reset on November 10, 2023, to your date of birth (MMDDYYYY). You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

If you forgot your password or are having trouble logging in, please click on the "Forgot Password" link above to reset it. If you are still unable to log in, contact the Transdev Benefits Center at 1-866-826-6802. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time (CT).

 

HOW THE COBRA PROCESS WORKS
Your current or former employer offers extended coverage to employees for up to 18 months after termination in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). If you are or were currently enrolled in COBRA eligible coverage (example: Medical, Dental, Vision) as an active employee you may be eligible to continue these coverages through COBRA.
