Active Associates:
Your username is your Associate ID number. You can find this on the top of your pay stub (second line under “CLOCK”). Pay stubs can be accessed at iPay.adp.com

COBRA Participants:
Your username is your Associate ID number or the username listed in your COBRA notice under “COBRA Election Instructions Form.”

Temporary Password:
Your default temporary password is the last four digits of your Social Security number. After logging in successfully for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new password. If you do not remember your updated password, select the “Forgot Password” link above or contact AssociateCareandSupport@ulta.com.
