Logging into the Site

Active Associates:
Username: Associate ID Number.
You can find this on the top of your pay stub (second line under “CLOCK”). Pay stubs can be accessed at iPay.adp.com

Temporary Password: Last four digits of your Social Security number
You will be prompted to create a new password after logging in for the first time. If you do not remember your updated password, select the “Forgot Password” link, submit a change password request in the People Success Portal, or email AssociateCareandSupport@ulta.com.


COBRA Participants:
Username: Prior Associate ID number. If n/a, your username is listed in your COBRA notice under “COBRA Election Instructions Form.”
Password: If you forgot your bswift portal password, select the “Forgot Password” link, or email AssociateCareandSupport@ulta.com.
