IMPORTANT LOGIN INFORMATION: Your Username is the FIRST LETTER of your first name + YOUR LAST NAME followed by the LAST FOUR digits of your Social Security Number. For example, John Smith = JSMITH1234.


Your Password was reset to the default prior to start of Annual Enrollment. Your default Password is the LAST FOUR digits of your Social Security Number. You will be prompted to change your password at initial login.


In order to enroll in benefits your browser must be the latest version on Internet Explorer (Version 10 or above) or any version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You can download the latest version of Internet Explorer by clicking here. You can also access the benefit site with any smartphone or tablet.
